What They Were Facing
G & K Couture is a bespoke Qi Pao and Cheongsam atelier located at Far East Plaza on Scotts Road, specialising in individually tailored, artisanal hand embroidery pieces. Despite their exceptional craftsmanship and prime showroom location, they had no website, no Google Maps presence, and were struggling to reach younger, modern women who would appreciate their blend of tradition and contemporary elegance.
No Digital Presence
G & K Couture had no website at all. For a luxury atelier offering bespoke pieces starting from premium price points, potential clients had no way to discover or evaluate their work online before visiting the showroom.

Their Far East Plaza showroom (#04-122) wasn't appearing in Google Maps or local search results. People searching for "cheongsam Singapore", "bespoke Qi Pao", or "custom cheongsam near me" couldn't find them.

Showcasing Artisanal Craftsmanship Online
The intricate hand embroidery techniques — Su Xiu, Song Jin, and Hua Luo — and premium fabrics used in each piece are difficult to convey through a screen. They needed a design that did justice to the tactile, luxurious nature of their work.

Built content sections that weave together the brand's narrative — "Where Tradition Meets Timeless Elegance" and "A Legacy Sewn Into Every Thread" — highlighting embroidery techniques, metallic gold and silver threads, and handmade Pankou buttons to educate and captivate visitors.
Multi-Collection Showcase
Structured the site to present three distinct offerings — bespoke women's Qi Pao, The Gentleman's Match (men's embroidered Tang jackets), and Ready to Wear Ensembles — broadening appeal while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.
Google Business Profile & Local SEO
Optimised their Google Business Profile with accurate showroom details, photos, and categories. Implemented local SEO with location-specific content, WhatsApp booking integration, and "Get Directions" functionality to drive foot traffic to their Far East Plaza showroom.
